Hearty & Sweet Granola Bars

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ Cups Whole Grain Rolled Oats

½ Cup Gluten Free Flour

2 TBSP Flax Meal

1 TBSP Bulletproof Collagen Protein

1 tsp Root + Bones Reishi

1 tsp Root + Bones Chaga

½ tsp Baking Soda

¼ tsp Salt

1 Cup Raisins

1 Cup Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

2 Eggs

2 TBPS Oil

½ Cup Chunky Peanut Butter

¼ Cup Honey

DIRECTIONS

Mix Whole Grain Rolled Oats, Gluten Free Flour, Ground Flax, Collagen Protein Powder, Reishi, Chaga, Baking Soda, and Salt in a bowl. Stir in Raisins and Chocolate Chips.  In a separate bowl mix Eggs, Oil, Peanut Butter, and Honey. Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.

Spread batter into a 9 x 13 Pan, distribute batter evenly with fingertips.

Bake at 350 Degrees for 18 to 20 Minutes.

Let cool in pan before cutting into bars.
